Laurie Riccadonna earned her Master of Fine Arts in Painting/Printmaking from Yale University School of Art and her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting/Drawing from the Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Riccadonna’s works have been exhibited at the United States Embassy in Brazzaville, Congo, Africa, Spring Break Art Fair, (NY, NY); Techningmuseet, The Museum of Drawing (Laholm, Sweden); Brooklyn Botanic Garden (Brooklyn, NY); Space B Gallery (NY, NY); Van Vleck House and Gardens (Montclair, NJ); Hamilton Square (Jersey City, NJ); Village West Gallery (Jersey City, NJ); Center for the Arts at Casa Colombo (Jersey City, NJ); Amelie A. Wallace Gallery (Old Westbury, NY); Rutgers School of Arts and Sciences Institute for Research on Women, (New Brunswick, NJ); Art Fair 14C (Jersey City, NJ); and Sensaspace Gallery (NY, NY).
In addition, her work is included in the Memorial Sloan Kettering Monmouth Collection (Middleton and Montvale, NJ); Hudson County Community College Foundation Permanent Art Collection (NJ); and several private collections in the United States.

Ms. Riccadonna has been the recipient of awards such as the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT) Northeast Region Faculty Award (2020), residencies at the Fundacion Valparaiso, Mojacar, Spain (2003), the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (2004), Vermont Studio Center, (2020, 2002), and the Women’s Studio Workshop (2002). She was a recipient of the NJ State Council on the Arts Individual Artist Fellowship (2011, 2002), and Yale University’s Ely Harwood Schless Prize. Currently Professor of Fine Art/Program Coordinator at Hudson County Community College, Ms. Riccadonna resides in Jersey City with her husband and two children.
